Rebel 100 Bourbon 10 Years

This bourbon is based on a recipe with a high wheat content (mash bill of 68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley), which makes the whiskey particularly smooth and sweet. It was aged for a full 10 years—a very long time for a bourbon!—in a single, charred oak barrel. It has a pleasantly fresh aroma and taste of citrus fruits and caramel. This whiskey is best enjoyed neat, without ice.
