Penelope stands for modern American whiskey, precisely composed blends, and exceptional barrel aging. In this special tasting, Christian will take you on a delightful journey through eight different bottlings from the American brand – from classic bourbon and spicy rye to elaborately finished cask finishes and a ten-year-old single cask.

Penelope Bourbon was founded in 2018 by childhood friends Mike Paladini and Danny Polise. The brand is named after Mike's daughter, Penelope. What began as an idea to create their own bourbon for her birth has evolved into a brand that today combines traditional American whiskey styles with modern blending and barrel artistry. The whiskeys are distilled at Ross & Squibb in Lawrenceburg, USA, and then selected, blended, and sometimes refined in special barrels for the various Penelope bottlings.
