Edradour 2010/2025 15 years

This single malt from the Scottish Highlands showcases the craftsmanship of Scotland's smallest distillery. The Edradour distillery has been producing whisky in the traditional way for over 200 years and is known for its experimental cask finishes.

This whisky matured for fifteen years and received a special 33-month finish in rare wine casks from Portugal's Estremadura region. Quinta de São Francisco supplied casks previously filled with port-style fortified wine. This unusual maturation imparted complex notes of dried fruits, warm spices, and a distinct sweetness to the Highland malt.

With a powerful 57.7% alcohol by volume, this whisky is bottled unfiltered and without added coloring. This natural approach preserves all the flavor combinations from the long maturation period and the unique wine finish. The deep, amber hue comes exclusively from the interaction with the various wood species.
