Dingle 10 Year Old Bourbon, Port & PX Sherry Cask

In the far west of Ireland, where time still has its own rhythm, a special highlight has been created in the maritime microclimate since 2012: the first Core Range of the Dingle Distillery.

This includes the fruity-sweet Dingle Single Malt, which now boasts a higher proportion of bourbon casks. Another milestone for the small craft distillery is the first permanently available Dingle 10 yo – a masterpiece made from bourbon, port, and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. It delights with a luscious balance of plums, orange blossoms, caramel, and warm spice.

The core trio is rounded out by the Dingle Single Pot Still. Made from malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled, and matured in bourbon, sherry, and red wine casks, it unfolds a full-bodied aroma. The palate is indulged by velvety notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, dark fruits, and brown sugar.

As is typical for Dingle, the whiskeys are bottled without chill filtration and uncolored at 46.5% ABV. The bottle design is new: the silhouette of the legendary "Wren Boy" from Dingle symbolizes the distillery's deep connection to its homeland and, with its bold colors, ensures high recognition.
