Thompson Bros. is an independent bottling company founded by brothers Phil and Simon Thompson from Dornoch in the Scottish Highlands. Their adventure began in 2013 with their own Dornoch Bar, which quickly became a meeting place for whisky fans. This passion then led to their next project: their own distillery, the Dornoch Distillery, and the establishment of their bottling company, Thompson Bros. Whisky.
