Peat Smoke with Rum Cask Influence

This 12-year-old Highland Single Malt from Scotland combines a smoky character with fruity and sweet accents from the rum cask finish. The bottling comprises 895 bottles and has an alcohol content of 45.7% ABV. It is non-chill filtered and contains no added colouring.

Aromas and Taste

  • Colour: Pale straw gold.
  • Nose: Pronounced peat smoke, complemented by vanilla, ripe exotic fruits, as well as hints of caramel and spicy wood.
  • Palate: Soft mouthfeel with tropical fruitiness and caramel sweetness. The smoke accompanies these impressions subtly.
  • Finish: Long-lasting, with fruity notes and a dry, spicy component.
