Teeling 21 Jahre Rising Reserve No. 4 White Wine
Die vierte Ausgabe der Teeling Rising Reserve ist ein 21 Jahre alter irischer Single Malt. Zunächst reifte der Whiskey 18 Jahre in ehemaligen Bourbonfässern. Anschließend erhielt er eine dreijährige Nachreifung in ausgewählten Weißweinfässern. Abgefüllt wurde die limitierte Edition mit 46 % vol. und ohne Kühlfiltrierung.
In der Nase treffen kandierte Zitrone, Vanille, Keksteig und Toffee auf leicht geröstete Gerste. Am Gaumen zeigen sich helle Tropenfrüchte, Zitrus, weiße Schokolade und weiche Tannine. Der lange, milde Nachklang wird von Obstgartenfrüchten und Honig begleitet.
