Charakter und Herstellung

Fünfzehn Jahre Highland-Handwerk Die Teaninich-Destillerie im Norden Schottlands steht seit jeher für präzise gemälzte Gerste und eine klare, fast puristische Destillationsphilosophie. Dieser Single Malt reifte über anderthalb Jahrzehnte in einem Refill Barrel – einem Fass, das bereits zuvor Whisky beherbergte und nun seine sanfte, ausbalancierte Note an das Destillat weitergab. Wichtige Eckdaten: 15 Jahre, destilliert 07.12.2010, abgefüllt 08.12.2025, 57,0% Vol. Die Abfüllung stammt von Elixir Distillers (EID).

Einordnung

In der Nase entfalten sich Zitrusnoten, grüner Apfel und Birne, begleitet von einer leichten grasigen Malzigkeit.
