The Savanna Art of Rum by Yann Le Gall blends two aged molasses rums with an eight-year-old agricole rum, all matured in French oak cognac casks. The result is a complex rum with a rich nose revealing floral notes, milk chocolate, and honey. On the palate, it unfolds with soft wood nuances, warm cinnamon, a hint of hazelnut, and delicately roasted dried fruit.
