The Remus Repeal Reserve Series VII 2023 Medley is a limited-edition bourbon release from Ross & Squibb. According to the back label, the seventh edition of the series features aromas of caramelized pecans and candied cherry, complemented by hints of plum and peppermint. On the palate, rich caramel and candied raisins meet cinnamon, barrel spice, light vanilla, and brown sugar. The finish is intensely spicy with cinnamon, peppermint notes, vanilla, caramel, and oak. A strong, complex bourbon at 50% ABV, continuing the Remus series in its classic, sweet-spicy style.
