With 15 years of maturation, Polyphonic is the oldest Octomore bottling to date. A masterpiece comprised of some of the most iconic Octomore editions of the past—further matured in casks beyond their original release—as well as exceptional whisky from single casks never before released. All blended in perfect harmony.

The tracklist
Octomore fans will notice the parallels between Polyphonic and the legendary Octomore Black Art. Released in May 2017, this exclusive distillery bottling featured various cask components, though the exact PPM level was not disclosed. A cult favorite that pushed the boundaries of whiskymaking, Octomore Polyphonic follows in its footsteps.
- First Fill Grenache Single Cask : Unreleased and peated to 167.6 PPM.
- First Fill Bourbon Barrel : The "Octomore of Octomores." The first Octomore spirit ever distilled from barley specially grown on the eponymous Octomore Farm, and first introduced in Rock'ndaal 01.1 Fèis Ìle 2022. Peated to 173.8 ppm.
- Second Fill Sauternes Single Cask : Unreleased and peated to 208 PPM.
- Octomore 6.3 : The original 6.3 spirit, matured in bourbon and syrah casks, was further aged in second-fill bourbon casks. Peated to 258 ppm.
- Octomore Masterclass 8.2 : Various wine casks, then transferred to first-fill Amarone casks for a year before bottling. The original 8.2 spirit was further matured in refill bourbon casks. Peated to 167.4 ppm.
- Octomore Masterclass 8.4 : Virgin oak casks, peated to 170 PPM.
- Octomore Event Horizon, Fèis Ìle 2019 : An exclusive bottling for Fèis Ìle 2019, matured in Oloroso and PX sherry casks. Peated to 162.6 ppm.
