The Kanosuke Distillery is located on Fukiagehama, one of Japan's longest sandy beaches and an ideal spot for picturesque sunsets. Now, the golden evening sun also shines on the label of the first standard bottling, as connoisseurs taste the Kanosuke Single Malt and delve deep into the heart of the young distillery's production process.
Tasting Notes:
A soft, exotic taste experience begins with notes of caramel, banana, and tea with a hint of lemon. Aromas of honey and quince candy, cinnamon, ginger, and lightly smoked nuts then come into play. The indulgence ends slowly with a delicate balance of bitterness and sweetness.
