Single Cask Precision from the Scottish Hebrides Distilled in April 2014, this single malt found its way into a selected Bourbon barrel with the number 700377. Whether tasted neat or refined with a few drops of water to emphasize the creamy nuances - this single malt demands attention and time. The Isle of Jura distillery is at the heart of this bottling.
Cask Maturation and Origin
When the maritime wildness of the Isle of Jura and the gentle sweetness of a first-class Bourbon cask enter into an alliance over twelve years, a distillate is created that brings the character of its home unfiltered into the glass. Under the care of the renowned independent bottler Signatory Vintage, the spirit matured for a full twelve years in the Highlands until it was selected for the Cask Strength Collection in June 2026. The bottling took place in its purest form: without chill-filtration and in natural color, limited to a total of only 211 bottles.
Aroma
Maritime salted caramel meets powerful oak spice The eye delights in a radiant golden yellow, while the nose is immediately enveloped by intense vanilla and fudge, accompanied by a subtle fir note and salty spice. On the palate, the full power of 58.9% Vol. is revealed, with the sweetness of caramel harmoniously combining with resinous accents and a nutty depth.
