Ay Pa Todos Reposado
Ay Pa Todos Reposado is produced at Hacienda Casa Macías in Tequila, Jalisco. Fully matured agaves are slowly cooked in the traditional way. Then, a roller mill extracts the sugar-rich juice from the roasted agaves before natural fermentation begins without accelerators or artificial temperature control.
Master distiller Don Manolo Macías distills the tequila using classic methods in self-constructed stills. The entire production process, up to bottling, remains on the Hacienda grounds. As a Reposado, this variant combines the authentic agave base with the aged style of this tequila category, making it suitable for both neat enjoyment and high-quality cocktails.
