Glenfarclas 2007/2025 The Christmas Single Cask
For the first time in many decades , Glenfarclas presents a Christmas Single Cask, distilled on December 17, 2007, and subsequently matured in a refill Oloroso sherry butt. With its Christmas Malt Edition, Glenfarclas releases a special bottling each year, distilled during the Christmas season and capturing the festive spirit of the time of year.
Together with Distillery Manager Callum A. Fraser, cask 2671 was selected because it offers a harmonious blend of toffee notes and warming spices reminiscent of Christmas aromas. This exclusive edition was bottled at natural cask strength and, of course, contains no added coloring and is non-chill filtered.
