Three types of sherry casks define the character
The Glendronach House Editions The Sevillian Room is a Highland Single Malt from Scotland. Its maturation combines Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, and Palo Cortado sherry casks. The flavor profile brings together citrus notes with honey sweetness, nuts, and dry spice.
Aromas and taste
- Color: Amber with ochre tones.
- Nose: Seville oranges and honeysuckle, accompanied by leather and nutty oak notes.
- Palate: A full-bodied mouthfeel with Manuka honey and roasted nuts.
- Finish: Blood orange marmalade and cinnamon, complemented by hints of café con leche and a dry spice.
Bottling and enjoyment
This non-peated official bottling comes at 43.0% ABV in a 1-liter bottle with gift packaging. It contains no added coloring and is non-chill filtered. It is recommended to be enjoyed neat at room temperature.
