Filey Bay Moscatel Finish Batch #3
The Filey Bay Moscatel Finish is a new bottling from the renowned Spirit of Yorkshire distillery and was first presented in 2021. As the name suggests, it is a single malt whisky matured in both ex-bourbon casks and Moscatel casks.
The finishing in Moscatel casks gives the whisky its characteristic aroma, characterized by fruity-sweet notes. The casks come from a small bodega in Spain and are carefully selected by Spirit of Yorkshire. The result is a perfectly balanced whisky that impresses with both its aromas and its taste.
