The Edradour 30 Year Old 1995/2025 is a special anniversary bottling celebrating the distillery's 200th anniversary. For Batch No. 1, two first-fill sherry butts (casks 2110 and 2109) were selected, showcasing this exceptionally matured Highland single malt in all its glory. It was bottled at natural cask strength with a robust 56.3% ABV.

The nose unfolds with intense aromas of dark dried fruits, raisins, leather, fine wood, and dark chocolate. On the palate, it is full-bodied, complex, and deep with classic sherry notes, spices, nuts, and a hint of coffee. The long, elegant finish is characterized by oak spice, dark fruit, and a pleasant warmth.

This limited edition is neither chill-filtered nor colored – a worthy collector's item and an impressive expression of three decades of maturation in excellent sherry casks.
