Bimber Harmony of Eight 8 Year Old Bourbon & PX Casks 50% 0.7 l is a limited-edition special bottling from the London-based Bimber Distillery. This single malt matured for eight years in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The result is a balanced whisky with notes of vanilla, honey, ripe fruit, raisins, spices, and a subtle sweetness from the sherry. At 50% ABV, it is bottled at natural strength, without chill filtration, and without coloring. This strictly limited edition is aimed at collectors and connoisseurs of complex, handcrafted whiskies.
