Cask Maturation and Origin
Highland character meets Portuguese cask art. The spirit, distilled in December 2014, matured for eleven years in a 2nd Fill Port Pipe before being bottled in a limited edition of 655 bottles in April 2026. A powerful soloist for discerning moments. This Ben Nevis is recommended for lovers of intense, cask-strength whiskies who appreciate the interplay of fruit and spice.
Aromatics
A play of dark berries and noble cocoa. The nose reveals a complex bouquet of mineral nuances, carried by dark red fruits and dried berries, underpinned by a subtle spice. On the palate, the single malt shows its full stature: a sweet-tart balance of chocolate and roasted nuts meets ripe berry fruits.
