The Bache-Gabrielsen 37 Years Cognac is an outstanding example of the craftsmanship and tradition of French cognac production. Distilled in 1973, this fine wine comes from a time of global political upheaval and economic challenges that formed the backdrop for the creation of a truly remarkable vintage. After 37 years of maturation in carefully selected oak barrels, this cognac was bottled in 2011, with only 2753 bottles produced in total.
The color of the cognac is a deep, warm amber, which already indicates the long maturation period. A fascinating bouquet unfolds on the nose, reminiscent of sparkling notes of rose and exotic passion fruit. These floral and fruity aromas are accompanied by gentle hints of coconut and toffee, which highlight the complexity and depth of the taste.
