With charming understatement, Patrick van Zuidam, the second generation of the family, runs the independent family business, which produces genever and gin as well as whisky . Among other things, he relies on the "grain to glass" principle, which uses the family's own grain and mills it in traditional mills – in keeping with the Millstone whisky brand.
