Wolfburn 12 years
Wolfburn's 12-year-old single malt matured for twelve years in traditional dunnage warehouses in Thurso. Equal parts of ex-bourbon casks and former Oloroso sherry casks were used. The distillery was rebuilt near the historic site in 2013 and operates using traditional methods without automation. The whisky is balanced and significantly more mature than the distillery's age would suggest.
