Tobermory 12 Jahre

Der Tobermory 12 Jahre steht für die ungetorfte Seite der traditionsreichen Inselbrennerei auf der Isle of Mull. Der Single Malt reift in Fässern aus amerikanischer Eiche und wird mit 46,3 % Vol. abgefüllt. Auf Farbstoff und Kühlfiltration wird verzichtet, sodass Farbe und Textur möglichst ursprünglich erhalten bleiben.

Im Aroma verbindet sich reife Frucht mit Orange und weiteren Zitrusnoten. Florale Anklänge, Eichenholz, Vanille und eine feine Würze ergänzen das Profil. Am Gaumen treten süße Orange, cremiges Karamell und kräftige Vanille hervor, begleitet von Zimt und Nelke. Eine dezente salzige Nuance erinnert an die maritime Lage der Brennerei. Der Nachklang bleibt lange präsent und klingt mit Vanille und Gewürzen aus.

Ein ausgewogener Island Single Malt, der den fruchtigen und würzigen Stil von Tobermory klar in den Mittelpunkt stellt.
