The mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley creates a distinctive flavor experience that appeals to both connoisseurs and newcomers.
The aroma reveals chocolate, vanilla, toasted oak, and fresh notes of green apple and apricot. The palate features caramel, dark oak, floral honey notes, and typical rye spice. The finish is long, with clear butterscotch accents.
