The Ledaig 16 Years 2009/2026 from The Whisky Agency is a powerful single cask bottling from the Isle of Mull with an alcohol content of 52.9%. The long maturation gives this smoky single malt a successful balance of intense peat notes and maritime freshness. The nose reveals aromas of smoke, sea salt, citrus and fine oak spice. On the palate, it presents itself full-bodied and complex with hints of strong peat smoke, sweet malt, spices and a subtle fruity note. The long, smoky-spicy finish underlines the strong and at the same time balanced style of this limited bottling.
