The Laphroaig 25 Years 2018 Edition is a limited cask strength bottling from the renowned Islay distillery. Bottled at 52% ABV and not chill - filtered, this single malt combines Laphroaig 's typical maritime and peaty notes with remarkable elegance .
The nose reveals sweet vanilla, Islay peat, delicate sherry notes and a fresh breeze of salty sea air . On the palate it is full-bodied with notes of caramel , dark chocolate, citrus fruits and a subtle smokiness. The finish is long and creamy with hints of vanilla, malt and oak.
