Leitz Eins Zwei Zero Sparkling Riesling Alcohol-Free

The Leitz Winery, known for its premium wines from the Rheingau region, is expanding its range to include non-alcoholic wines and sparkling wines. Sparkling Eins Zwei Zero is the non-alcoholic sparkling wine variant, produced using state-of-the-art technology. Johannes Leitz relies on the vacuum evaporation process, in which the alcohol is removed at a gentle 29 degrees Celsius. This process preserves the aromas and ensures an authentic taste.

The Eins Zwei Zero Sparkling delights with its freshness and Riesling-typical notes of lime and citrus. Surprising nuances of rhubarb and red apple, as well as a refreshing mineral component, round out the aroma. For a non-alcoholic sparkling wine, it impresses with a dry, long finish that is exceptional. The challenge of achieving the depth, structure, and body of a "real wine" is masterfully met here. Culinary-wise, the Eins Zwei Zero harmonizes perfectly with gratinated cauliflower crostini or a fruity Asian chicken stir-fry.
