Bei diesem Single Malt aus der Brennerei Dalmore treffen reife Kirschfrucht und dunkle Schokolade auf einen vollmundigen, würzigen Charakter. Das Finish im First Fill Sherry Butt gibt der von Signatory Vintage abgefüllten Einzelfassabfüllung ihre ausgeprägte Sherrynote.
Im Duft verbinden sich Kirschen mit Schokolade und Sherrysüße. Am Gaumen treten Oloroso-Sherry und dunkle Schokolade in den Vordergrund, begleitet von kräftiger Würze. Der lange, trockene Ausklang setzt mit geröstetem Kaffee einen eigenen Akzent und lässt die Sherrynoten nachwirken.
In Fassstärke abgefüllt, bietet dieser Dalmore ein intensives Profil für Liebhaber sherrybetonter Malts. Das Motiv des „Kirsch Dragon“ auf dem Etikett greift den ausdrucksstarken Auftritt auch gestalterisch auf.
