An AD/Sherry Cask Release unpeated from 100% Pedro Ximenez Sherry Casks with 56.9% alcohol at cask strength is coming – an absolute statement of quality (a real "hit" at the German premiere during the tastings at the Limburg Fair)! All 1st fill PX sherry casks used for this were filled in 2019.
