The smoky Williamson Blended Malt is also part of the Living Souls range. This so-called "teaspooned" whisky matured in refill bourbon casks and, like all creations from the Glasgow-based bottler, was bottled neither chill-filtered nor colored. Imagine a bonfire made of saltwater-soaked ship's planks, blazing with bright flames in a bay at dusk – this is how Williamson unfolds in the glass.
