A particular highlight is the Stauning Smoked Rye: The distillery's own rye malt is refined with smoke from Danish peat and heather. After distillation, the rye whisky first matures in fresh American oak casks before receiving its finish in Moscatel sherry casks. The result is a fascinating interplay of aromas, from fruity notes and caramel sweetness to robust spice nuances – a true delight for whisky lovers.
