Kilchoman 100% Islay 11 Year Old, matured in 16 ex-Oloroso sherry butts. With this 100% Islay bottling, Kilchoman underscores its philosophy of complete regionalism. These editions are undoubtedly among the most impressive Scottish single malts, as they are the only single-farm single malts produced. No other distillery grows its own barley right on the distillery's doorstep and carries out every step of production on-site on Islay. This makes Kilchoman incomparable and unique.
For the first time, the Kilchoman Farm Distillery presents two new 100% Islay editions, including a full cask-matured 11-year-old in ex-Oloroso sherry casks. The Kilchoman 100% Islay 11-Year-Old Sherry Cask Matured will be available in stores from mid-October.
