GlenAllachie 9 Years 2015/2025 Sinteis Series Part II
The second GlenAllachie Sinteis bottling matured for over nine years in rare Scottish virgin oak barrels and Oloroso sherry casks. This special cask combination invites whisky lovers and GlenAllachie fans to discover the untapped potential of Scottish virgin oak. The interplay of the two cask types results in a rich blend of cinnamon butter, citrus notes, and vanilla buttercream, which fully unfolds at a cask-strength 58.2% ABV, without coloring or chill filtration.
The bottling design was created by Scottish artist Kayley Barbour. The elegant box features a hand-drawn symbol representing the union of the woods. With the Sinteis series, Billy Walker has created a fascinating collection that combines different cask types. The aim of the project is to harmoniously unite exciting contrasts. Sinteis, pronounced "sin-teesh," means "synthesis" in Scottish Gaelic.
