This 7-year-old single malt from the Scottish Lowlands boasts an exceptional double maturation: it first spent 4 years and 6 months in a virgin American white oak cask, before being finished for a further 2 years and 9 months in a Ximénez-Spinola Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead. This special finishing imparts an alluring sweetness of dark fruits and toffee to the smoky character. The honey-colored spirit is presented at cask strength with an impressive 59.7% ABV – unfiltered and without artificial coloring, in keeping with the spirit of an authentic whisky.

This masterful piece of craftsmanship from the urban distillery in Glasgow impressively demonstrates how modern and innovative Scottish whisky making can be.
