Olorosum Secret Speyside 10 Jahre - Oloroso Sherry Casks Finish

Olorosum ist ein zehn Jahre alter Single Malt aus einer nicht genannten Brennerei in der Speyside. Seinen besonders intensiven Sherrycharakter verdankt er einem großzügigen Finish in Oloroso-Sherryfässern. Abgefüllt wurde der Secret Speyside mit kräftigen 54,7 % vol., ohne Farbstoff und ohne Kühlfiltrierung.

Im Aroma verbinden sich karamellisierter Zucker, heller Sirup und Milchschokolade mit kandierten Pekannüssen und feinen Schokoladenlikörnoten. Im Hintergrund sorgt trockene, gereifte Eiche für zusätzliche Tiefe. Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Whisky kraftvoll und üppig: Vanillefudge, eingelegte Trockenfrüchte und süßes, nussiges Malz treffen auf Schokoladenrosinen, Paranüsse und knuspriges Karamellgebäck. Der dichte Nachklang bringt trockener werdende Eiche, gereiften Früchtekuchen und geröstete Gewürze zusammen.
