18 Jahre gereifter Highland Single Malt
Beim Secret Highland treffen rauchige Aromen auf die Frucht- und Würznoten einer Reifung in Oloroso-Sherryfässern. Der schottische Single Malt stammt aus einer nicht namentlich genannten Brennerei in den Highlands und ist 18 Jahre alt. Er wurde mit 45,7% vol. ohne Kühlfiltrierung und ohne Farbstoff abgefüllt. Die Abfüllung umfasst 726 Flaschen.
Frucht, Rauch und würzige Eiche
Seine mahagonifarbene Erscheinung begleitet ein Aromaprofil, das Trockenfrüchte, Zitrusnoten und erdigen Torfrauch verbindet.
- Nase: Datteln und Rosinen, dazu kandierte Orangenschale. Dunkle Schokolade und Zimt ergänzen die Fruchtnoten.
- Gaumen: Honigsüße und Trockenfrüchte treffen auf erdigen Rauch. Würzige Eiche und geröstete Haselnüsse setzen weitere Akzente.
- Nachklang: Langanhaltend, mit Orangenzesten und nussigen Noten aus der Sherryreifung.
