This North British whisky is not directly from the owner, but was carefully selected and bottled by Signatory Vintage. Once again, Signatory Vintage demonstrates an excellent eye for cask selection. As this is a single cask bottling, the number of bottles is strictly limited – only 430 are available.
The whisky owes its impressive color solely to the influence of the cask, as it was not artificially colored. This vintage dates from 1991 and was bottled in 2024, resulting in a remarkable 33 years of maturation. This advanced age is reflected in an exceptionally complex interplay of a multitude of aromas.
