Markers Mark Cellar Aged 2026 Release
For the limited Cellar Aged 2026 Release, Maker’s Mark brings together Kentucky Straight Bourbons that, following their time in traditional warehouses, are aged for several additional years in the limestone cellar at Star Hill Farm. The consistent coolness allows maturation to progress more slowly and keeps the oak influence balanced. The result combines distinct fruitiness with ripe complexity, without bitterness defining the character.
In this composition, three aging stages meet: eleven-year-old bourbon makes up nearly half, complemented by twelve- and fourteen-year-old components. It is bottled at cask strength.
Fruit, Sweetness, and Fine Spice
The nose reveals dark cherries and delicate orchard notes, accompanied by clove and vanilla bean. On the palate, a full-bodied interplay of ripe plum, honey, and brown sugar unfolds. In the silky, warming finish, almond and nutmeg emerge; crisp green apple rounds out the experience.
