M & H (Milk & Honey) Distillery 4 Years 2021/2026 - Best Dram - First Fill PX Sherry Hogshead - #3550
Four years of maturation in a PX sherry cask
This Israeli single malt from the M & H (Milk & Honey) Distillery was distilled in 2021 and bottled in 2026 after four years of maturation. Its cask was a First Fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead, number 3550. This single cask bottling consists of 325 bottles and has a cask strength of 57.7% ABV.
Dark fruits, caramel, and spice
Raisins, dates, and other dried fruits define the aroma, accompanied by the sweetness of the PX sherry cask. On the palate, caramel and fine spice combine with a full-bodied texture. The whisky is not smoky.
- Nose: Sweet PX notes, raisins, dates, and dried fruits.
- Taste: Caramel, fine spice, and distinct sweetness.
- Appearance and texture: Deep amber hue and oily mouthfeel.
Enjoy at cask strength
The whisky was bottled without coloring and without chill filtration. For your first experience, a sip neat is recommended. Afterwards, you can explore how the aromas in the glass change by adding a few drops of water.
This bottling is produced by the independent bottler Best Dram.
