Charakter und Herstellung
November 2009 destillierte Lowland Single Malt reifte über 15 Jahre hinweg, bevor er sein prägendes Finish in einem Oloroso-Sherry-Octave erhielt. Durch die deutlich geringere Größe dieser Fässer intensiviert sich der Austausch zwischen Destillat und Holz, was bei dieser auf lediglich 96 Flaschen limitierten Einzelfassabfüllung zu einer außergewöhnlichen aromatischen Dichte führt. Wichtige Eckdaten: 15 Jahre, destilliert 20.11.2009, abgefüllt 30.01.2025, 53,0% Vol. Die Abfüllung stammt von Duncan Taylor.
