Loch Lomond 8 Jahre 2018/2026 Remarkable Society
Diese exklusive Tour Edition der Remarkable Society stammt aus der vielseitigen Loch Lomond Distillery. Der Single Malt wurde 2018 in Swan-Neck-Pot-Stills destilliert und reifte acht Jahre vollständig in einem Second-Fill-Manzanilla-Butt. 2026 wurde Fass Nummer 3652 in Fassstärke von 58 % Vol. abgefüllt. Die Auflage umfasst 478 Flaschen; auf Farbstoff und Kühlfiltration wurde verzichtet.
Manzanilla zählt zu den trockenen Sherry-Stilen und bringt in dieser Vollreifung einen klaren, eher floralen Fasseinfluss ein. Das Profil verbindet blumige und fruchtige Weinaromen mit trockener Pflaume und Dattel. Salzkaramell setzt einen süß-salzigen Gegenpunkt und greift zugleich den charakteristischen Manzanilla-Einfluss auf. Die kräftige Fassstärke trägt die Aromen konzentriert und bewahrt den unverfälschten Charakter des Einzelfasses.
Eine streng limitierte Loch-Lomond-Abfüllung, bei der Swan-Neck-Destillat, achtjährige Manzanilla-Reifung und natürliche Fassstärke zusammenkommen.
