Cask Maturation and Origin
Distilled in 2013, the spirit underwent careful maturation in a combination of a Bourbon Barrel and an Oloroso Sherry Hogshead. For this bottling, the Thompson Bros. from Dornoch selected only 553 bottles, consciously foregoing chill-filtration and coloring to preserve the unadulterated character of the distillate. A characterful companion for explorers This Single Malt is recommended for connoisseurs who appreciate depth and authenticity and enjoy analyzing complex cask profiles.
