Kilchoman Loch Gorm 2016
The Kilchoman Loch Gorm 2010–2016 is a characterful Islay single malt, matured exclusively in carefully selected Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at 46% ABV. The combination of smoky peat and the intense sherry note gives this whisky a complex aroma with notes of dark fruits, chocolate, spices, and a hint of sea salt.
On the palate, the Loch Gorm is full-bodied and balanced, with robust smoke, sweet dried fruits, and a pleasant spice that leads into a long, warming finish. Like all Kilchoman bottlings, this edition is neither chill-filtered nor colored, representing authentic Islay enjoyment in its purest form.
