Kavalan Distillery Select No.2
KAVALAN is the traditional name for the Yilan region and its indigenous people. The KAVALAN distillery is located about an hour's drive southeast of Taipei, in the heart of this region. A key reason for choosing this location is the exceptional water quality. Yilan is renowned far beyond Taiwan's borders for its numerous natural springs, which provide light, sweet water – ideal for whisky production.
The second bottling of the KAVALAN Distillery Select series delights with a seductively smooth character, deep aromas and a fascinating floral-herbal complexity that reflects the tranquility of a forest on the palate.
