Inchgower with Marsala influence
In this 13-year-old single malt from the Scottish Speyside, fruit aromas meet oak and spices. The 1st Fill Marsala Hogshead #101 characterizes this single cask bottling from the Cask Strength Collection. The whisky was distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2025 at a cask strength of 59.8% ABV.
Aromas and taste
- Nose: Dates and figs are at the forefront alongside honey. Marzipan and orange peel complement the fruity-sweet profile.
- Palate: Dark caramel, stewed raisins, and almonds combine with oak and baking spices. The texture is powerful.
- Finish: Nutmeg and spicy fig notes accompany the long finish.
Single cask with 306 bottles
306 bottles were filled from cask #101. This non-peated Inchgower is bottled without coloring and without chill filtration. The bottling contains 0.7 liters and is delivered in a metal tin.
