Glendronach House Editions Venetian Room
Beim Venetian Room aus der Reihe House Editions verbindet Glendronach Sherryprägung mit italienischen Rotweineinflüssen. Rachel Barrie hat dafür Destillate aus Pedro-Ximénez-, Oloroso-Sherry- und Amarone-Rotweinfässern zusammengestellt. Dunkle Früchte, cremige Dessertnoten und nussige Akzente bestimmen das aromatische Profil.
Fruchtfülle und feine Dessertnoten
- Aroma: Tiramisu und Amaretto bilden einen cremigen Hintergrund für dunkle Kirschen und Johannisbeeren. Dazu kommen Datteln, Kakao und eine zurückhaltende Vanillenote.
- Geschmack: Süße rote Pflaumen treffen auf Mandellikör. Maraschino-Kirschen sowie Schokolade und Haselnuss verdichten sich zu einem Eindruck von feinem Kirschgebäck.
- Nachklang: Waldfrüchte und weiche Haselnusscreme bleiben lange erhalten, begleitet von Kaffee und Karamell.
Die venezianische Inspiration zeigt sich auch in der Gestaltung: Purpurtöne und goldene Architekturmotive greifen das Thema der Edition auf. Für die Verkostung empfiehlt sich der pure Genuss bei Zimmertemperatur in einem Nosing-Glas.
