21-year-old Speyside Single Malt
The Glenallachie 21 Year Old Batch 7 is an original bottling from the Scottish Speyside region. It was matured in PX and Oloroso sherry casks. This non-peated whisky was bottled at 51.9% ABV, without colouring and without chill-filtration.
Aroma and Taste
On the nose, baked ginger and mocha combine with honeycomb and candied hazelnuts. On the palate, black cherries and Muscovado sugar meet creamy raisin notes, Manuka honey, and dark chocolate. Spicy plums characterise the long finish.
