Der Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Batch A124 ist ein Kentucky Straight Bourbon aus der Heaven Hill Distillery. Der jüngste Whiskey dieser Charge reifte 10 Jahre und 9 Monate in neuen, ausgebrannten Fässern aus amerikanischer Weißeiche. Im Januar 2024 wurde er unverdünnt mit 119 Proof beziehungsweise 59,5 % Vol. abgefüllt. Auf Kühlfiltrierung und Farbstoff wurde verzichtet.
Aroma: Karamell, geröstete Eiche sowie fruchtige Noten von Apfel und Orange
Geschmack: Vanille, Karamell und Butterscotch, dazu schwarzer Pfeffer und Zimt
Nachklang: lang, warm, vielschichtig und langsam ausklingend
