Bruichladdich Octomore 17.3
Mit Octomore 17.3 stellt Bruichladdich die Gerste und den Charakter Islays in den Mittelpunkt. Die verwendete Gerste stammt ausschließlich von einem einzelnen Feld der Octomore Farm auf der Insel.
In der Nase verbinden sich gesalzenes Karamell, geräucherter Apfel und geröstete Kokosnuss mit Praline und Vanillecreme. Erdiger Torf und maritime Frische geben dem Profil Tiefe und Spannung.
Am Gaumen treffen trockener, aschiger Rauch und kräftiger Torf auf süßes Malz, Vanille und Karamell. Zitrusöle und eine klare Salzigkeit setzen frische Akzente. Der lange, trockene Ausklang bewahrt den rauchigen und küstennahen Charakter.
